What is my investment?

Can I use existing business phone numbers with MCTB?

Yes and no. You will need a new local or toll-free number through our trusted 3rd-party service provider (Twilio) that will be dedicated to your ROI Ninjas CRM account (about $5 each). But you must register for and comply with U.S. Telecoms policy for A2P 10DLC regulations that went into effect on 31 August 2023.

What is A2P 10DLC and why do I have to comply?

This policy is mandated by U.S. phone service providers and any business wishing to send text messages to anyone in the U.S. must comply with these policies (it's not our decision). Basically, it is to prove who you say you are and how you plan to use SMS/Text Messaging with your customers. A2P 10DLC Registration must be complete BEFORE you begin sending out any business-related text messages via ROI Ninjas CRM. Fortunately, A2P 10DLC registration is included as part of the setup fee for subscribers (for a limited time).

Can I personalize websites, landing pages, emails, and text templates?

Yes! Almost everything is customizable with just a few button clicks or you can create your own.

Do you offer a free trial or money-back guarantee?
